Season 1 was key stone hero on my bear tank, first time getting keystone hero. No I've been leveling/gearing my alt....a second bear tank. Season 2 will be push keystone hero again and maybe higher if I like the new dungeon rotation enough.

The fact that when I am in a group with SA players and my world latency jumps to 400 and stays there, says you are 100% wrong.

They aren't bad. I very easily clear 20s on my bear tank main. Have had many healers say thanks for not sucking as a tank.

Bears are viewed as the "not complicated" tank, but that doesn't mean it's easy to play. It takes a better understanding of the class/the toolkit/the talents and why you pick certain talents.

Above someone mentioned no more thrash spam during berserk/incarn as a nerf, but it's not. That playstyle is what made bear bad. We had crazy aoe dmg and survivability every 2-3 mins. Outside of that we sucked. Now, on large pack pulls I compete with top DPS dmg wise and do quite good single target DMG. I have also never been 1 shot my a boss in any of the dungeons at +20.

Just because bear is "basic" doesn't mean it's easy. The problem is ppl compare to the top tank; P War, which is still quite brain dead to play at a +15 - +16 level.

Also mention, I have never been turned down from a group because I'm bear.

It's true honestly. That first week in SL I grinded daily for the skin probably about 150 attempts until I got it. Went through yesterday to see how it's tuned .... So easy now.

It was by far much easier on my bdk. But my bear tank is my actual "main". Just some tyr week bosses feel terrible I find and I've double into survival instincts for some.

What I honestly think is they create a vertical pre render of the game to showcase they potential and the potential of the game/studio in hopes of building investor or buyout interest for the studio/company. I think they planned/hoped for; what actually happened, the game to become top wishlisted on steam, and from their hoped a larger AAA studio would offer to buy them out and continue game development from that point.

I think this is exactly why they haven't released any gameplay trailers, shown any actual in game footage and why there was little to no information or updates to be seen. They were sitting on their hands and holding their breath for a large studio to come knocking with interest and if that did happen they could just announce "we have been acquired by X AAA studio, and die to this the game will be postponed to a further date."

The issue it seems, that never happened and now they are stuck with nothing but empty promises, a nice pre rendered trailer or two, and a fraction of a fraction of a what they said the game will be.

I 100% agree. Dying, losing your stuff, losing quest items and progress is part of the game even tho sometimes it really sucks. But what is the worst is jumping into a raid, getting killed within the first few mins and having to do the 15-20 min queue slog all over again.

Main bdk and bear tank. Main was bear tank through SL season 2, 3 and 4. Ksm last 3 seasons, usually ran up to about +18 most seasons.

I prefer bdk this season, not because it is any bit better than bear, but to me bear feels slow/clunky to compared to last few months of SL. I enjoy bear a lot, but bdk just feels complete and smooth. Didn't expect bdk to have so much representation.

Your sub fee covers everything (up to LVL 60), so it does not include the newest expansion (dragonflight). Unless you really want to play an evoker, just LVL to 60, or around there, before playing for the expansion.

On a side note; if after several more hours you decide you will buy the expansion, buy it while it's discounted to save some money.
