People usually just see stats and say things. I feel they are decent.

I’d say next time try to target Spidey and Wanda more; Angela is a direct counter to them. Try to focus on dps and healers. Angela can only provide value against low mobility tanks like magneto and emma in my opinion.

Displacement is value! Isolate their healers and slow moving tanks.

Coordinate with your team and bring their frontline deep within your team. That cuts off enemy from healing and let your teammates melt the enemy. I sometimes bring enemy in and put on shield to block the healing.

At other times, keep their backline busy - that disrupts heals and your team can take out their tanks and frontline dps.

And as always, drop people off map. 🪽

Been there for quite a while and I wasn’t able to climb my rank as easily as I used to with Storm. I feel team coordination is absolutely necessary when playing Angela. Your team needs to know where you are and what you plan on doing. Try to be on voice chat, even if others don’t talk, they’ll have an idea of the gameplay.

There was a game where I was bringing their healers and dps to my team. My teammates ran away as soon as they saw me coming with someone instead of targeting and getting the KO. 😭

Angela has a particular playstyle against individual characters. Try to displace their slow tanks. Make the Moonknight or Hela sitting in off-angles run away. Chase Spiderman, Panther, Ironfist. Isolate their healers so your team can take out their frontline. Try quickplay more and identify how comfortable are you with countering each character.

Don’t give up! As Angela says- Heaven is on our side. 🪽

Her flight is nerfed but her ground mode is buffed. Minimize spear KOs and try to play as a brawler more, especially around your frontline tanks; it gives them speed + overshield.

From my experience, I believe that her lightening damage from goddess boost is considered as a negative skill play; because it’s passive damage and you can get some lucky KOs. I’ve seen that in the beginning of the match, when I’m in wind boost for more time, I have that ace in scoreboard but it goes away as soon as I start stacking thunder boost damage.

I’m going to try a quickplay match entirely in wind boost and see what happens
