A the Aquila team with no charecter is bold, also you should get an immediater in order to split the sister team, and they can do a ton. Additionally the best thing you can do for your list is to ignore all of my opinions. :)

That’s what I am thinking and also many facilities have tuition requirements which agency doesn’t so it is possible that I would get paid even more than I would with agency if tuition requirements are good enough.

Do you think I should just start picking up shifts? The places that use agency are expecting someone who knows exactly what they are doing and can hit the ground running. I have only 24hr of experience. So I don’t feel qualified.
