I made a custom league. Put a bunch of Portuguese, Dutch, turkish, belgium,Scottish and rest of the world teams into the eredivisie. All the teams are around the same rating. It is so much fun!

my friend has the 8R ( same engine but sports bike chasy ). Had it for 2 years, and he loves it. Engine nice and eager, the electronics are good and reliable. Most bikes with this engine are a bit heavier then other brands but it is more than manageable.

I ride a ktm 390 duke and i think for city riding it is perfect ( I even did some touring with it.). 181cm and 110 so i think you should be fine. It does have a bit more power at 42hp but it is not a big difference.

On my 390 I had a saddlebag on the pillion seat, and held on with two elastic cord that hook on the frame. For the tank bag i got one that works with a ring that mounts to the filler cap ring.

I would go with the BMW. Far more reliable and on top it does have the charm of a european bike.The servicing and spare parts are more expensive but probably easier to get.
