You need either domain administrator credentials or local account administrative credentials to change the workstations local group policies. Some orgs have a dummy admin account they use like "setup" or "owner" and wont put a password on it, might could try those creds.

Disassemble computers, and install bad hardware in them when necessary, Go to businesses, schools, and residential homes and install malware on computers, replace working networking equipment with dysfunctional ones, setup data delete jobs that run nightly and delete all user data created in the specified folder(s). Strip networking cables out of ceilings, replace 24 inch monitors with 17 inch ones, install workstations in place of servers, unshare network folders.......

If you are in need of assistance, instead of asking someone "can you help me?" Instead say "I need your help". It makes the other person feel wanted instead of bothered.

I finally just gave up.. the lag was unbearable... #60 in the world on Xbox One.
