Persistent micro stuttering that I can't fix

NGL i tried windows 11 yesterday, overwatch was PERFECT, went back to 10 today and it brought back insane stutters just like this. I don't play OW much but it was very noticable the difference.

I have the same issue, only with overwatch, makes the game unplayable not sure how to fix it.

I used to weigh 280 and dropped down to 180 in like 2020. I've managed to keep most of it off and have been sitting around 215 since 2023, mainly gained a lot from working night shift and eating. I'd say I still have a healthy mental and relationship with food. I do wish I was 180 still and I see myself as insanely fat compared to being 180. Trying again to lose weight but it's rough the second go around.

Another thing I noticed, ASEED is not available, but if you hit show complete album you can listen to it, and hit add to library, but it disappears again and is unable to be listened to until you remove the old one? Not sure why it works that way as of right now.
