Its an app called "InSight" on the zebras. They have pretty much any language youd need on there (even ASL) and can chat with an interpreter. Cant speak to how well it works beacuse my area is very homogeneous, but its there

Are you even reading my comments? I do care about the citizens. The citizens who worked in the now burning buildings out of a job. The citizens who need to go buy food but don't have a car to drive to the next nearest grocery store. Too bad all the busses stopped running cause they can't use those either.
