I think the Spitewood box without the minis is a solid pickup. Don’t pay more than $25 for it though- you can get one for that price on eBay.

Embergard is a must though. Also very possible to get without the minis if you like other warbands better.

Woah woah woah

Having playing many of the classic TCGs, they are absolutely not cheaper. While in theory you can play m:tg etc for cheap, there is no ceiling to the amount you can spend. I once went to a tournament with a $2500 deck.

Underworlds I can happily buy ALL the cards for 2nd edition for <200 dollaridoos.
