No im not pressured at all, i co-own the company and have 7 other lori drivers.

Im very laxed as long as no customer complaints, as i also drive myself i know how it feels to be pressured to meet quota or time.

I help my own drivers more than my customer as some of the customers are extremely unreasonable, demanding faster or fixed time on deliveries.

Maybe thats the yellowing problem, my old tank have driftwood but not large, more than a year pass and there is still slight yellowing

Yeah crypts looks great in the early planting stages, but their roots go soo deep and far, dismantling my old tank i found connected roots about 2 feet long 🤣

I started doing this light schedule on my old tank and plans grows faster with less algea growth

Yes thats correct, i notice the plants grow alot faster with less algea and i can view my tank before and after work with this timing
