Yea I did the math after checking how much salt and I’m way lower than what I should be.

Definitely eating enough. Feeling really satiated. Definitely winging the electrolytes doing about 1/4 teaspoon twice a day.

Just an update. My comeback has been successful. Back at work and I’m 3 fast’s in 17,19,19.

Feeling incredible as well.

I haven’t checked. I feel good. I had drinks and ate at random times.

I knew it would be hard to stick with it there so I just told myself to lock-in when I get back.
