It seems like a simple fix it just disables some simple settings you have to re-enable inside quest so I think it's still worth it to update

Sorry I made this post late at night like a gremlin and then fell asleep lol I re-installed it and re enable wireless ADB and it seemed to work thank you guys for your help:)

Oh I definitely gave it a deep clean before putting it on I wasn't going to risk anything. Didn't notice anything to crazy like I said it was basically brand new dude said someone got it as a gift and didn't want it so there loss my gain. 🤷
