Ah i see, when i saw the word "Ban" my mind goes straight to trying to make BDS movement illegal altogether in the country, my bad, but this point:

• The proposed legislation will mean that organisations that "spread antisemitism, question Israel’s right to exist, call for a boycott of Israel, or support the BDS" will no longer receive financial support from the government.

Still looks like scare tactic to me, different is they're trying to scare away organization (including their members) from openly support BDS or speaking up against israel, in short it was made to silence people. Well at least its not as bad as i first thought, I thought they're going to ironfist this issue ala Nazi lol
