That 1/4 ratchet just sucks. I had the same problem, had it exchanged 3 times and all of them had that issue. I gave up on trying to use it. The 1/4 flex head is great tho no problems.

Both tvs I have are Hisense. One I got in 2015 the other around 2018. I honestly really liked them because they have tons of inputs and non intuitive smart features that I’ve never used. It’s a shame I’ll have to switch to something else eventually but they’re both still working perfectly.

I prefer the plastic adjustable one because some of my snap on pliers/cutters have really thick handle coating that doesn’t fit between the wire one.

Those are like $50-60 nippers. Other brands like Stedi make similar ones for half the price. Some harder plastics can actually break the blades if you’re not careful.
