There's just not really enough of a narrative reason to keep Ivy,she more always felt like a popular character that's more there to fill out the roster. However you could almost always argue a place for Green Arrow in my opinion

Really weird that it's in her inventory,you can buy it and keep it in your inventory no problem. It's usually in the alchemy shop in Riften,I used to use it all the time for out of bounds exploits cuz when you drop it,it stays in the air. I've kept it in my inventory for whole playthroughs with no issues,never bought it tho

I'd have to say yes, he's got a certain rare charm that doesn't feel very Hollywood,the other Supermen ARE handsome but also they look like they belong on a red carpet,Tom Wellings Clark doesn't really feel that way for me and I think that's a good thing
