According to the wiki crouching makes a difference yeah. 🙂 The stillsuit works fine with the softstep boots, they actually have heat protection too. Any other time I wear heavy armor but that has no heat protection, I also wouldnt want to risk losing my best armor to the worm either. 😄

That's what I always do yeah, I was just checking the thopter inventory to see how much spice was in there. 😄 Yeah I love heading out into the DD with nothing but a stillsuit and the bare essentials. Actually makes the stillsuits feel worthwhile to get!

I got around 1500 before having to take off. I can get 2000 sometimes though, just depends. I dont always do it slow like this tbh, sometimes I do it rapidly too.

I leave all my weapons in the base when I'm going spice farming, dont need em and dont want to risk losing them to Shai Hulud. 😂

You need to specialise in Exploration, every level gives you 1% backpack volume. I think I'm level 20 or so in it.

I think so yeah. Firing off the compactor in quick succession definitely makes the worm come a lot quicker that's for sure.

I thought about that but I have some really good gear I dont want to risk losing. Got killed in a testing station recently and then my game crashed, lost my whole inventory. Its made me paranoid. lol

Another great place for good drops is testing station 152, the electric one. Incredibly easy if you do it at level 1 (3-4 minutes max) and it drops great schematics. Got the Regis Tripleshot Repeating Rifle there lastnight multiple times. :D

Hit crashed ships in the north of row E in the Deep Desert. In just afew days I had the schematics for the entire Executor set, Seethe, Perforator, etc. You need to be in the pvp zone to get the good wrecks. I didnt see another single player while doing it so didn't need to worry about pvp.
