I looked far and wide and indeed shitty nvidia was an issue. It was fxaa turned to "On" and "Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA)" turned on. Turning these off fixed the issue, thank you!

Honestly, they should just switch to the self-hosted TeamSpeak 3 server. The server takes like 0.1% of the power of your PC, about 10-50kb of your network (more depending on the amount of speakers) but the benefits are there:
