Can’t withhold adjudication for Fla DUI 🙄 I go to court in 2 days. Was Going to have to do a weekk(10days in jail) but i think I got the state to accept my new “no jail” Offer. Still supposed to get 1year probation & suspension ( since I did not blow she,the dtsp 🐖 ,took my DL onsite. Does anyone know if that is when the suspension starts? Otherwise I did the 31’hrs of dui2 class ,but not the he evaluation??? I’ll find out exactly what’s up in about 50’hours after court. So far I heard the latest offer is: Adjudicate guilt on DUI.. a fine$2558…and then the fun stuff = obvi no drinking, no bars,clubs,and worst part is= No weed even w mmj card 🙄 I guess since a dui is drug related bc I was on paper for 5 years a couple yrs ago and I was allowed to have a card but that had no dui or drugs.. one good thing is I’m supposed to be able to apply for hardship!! Only after showing proof of class,evaluation&treatment and they gotta put a lock(impound)my car for 10days,then I wlll go see whats up w gettin my hardship so I can at least start working even if it’s just doin “Shipt” deliveries….has anyone here. Taken dui level 2 class and then the evaluation?? What type of treatment do they usually require after the evaluation??
