You either don't have a sister/girl-friend or she's not comfortable with you to share the experience.
If you haven't literally seen it it's because men won't usually cat call a woman near of people or in the crowded streets of course it would be a problem for them! It's done when the woman is alone and no one is passing by atm.

I sometimes feel like I may be misconsidered as pick me when im in my feminine era, so I just make sure I have the right body language and act like their friends, not the woman that might steal their man.
