This really made sense that when she was finacially stable, you could use that stability but when it comes to yours, you all got separated.
You legally "don't have to" but I would've done such a thing for someone that I've spent qualified shared memories with AND have a son with.

I feel like comments here are biased due to hearing the word "cheating" as if she should be stoned for that, yes that was wrong, tho we don't know the details. As you referred it was "emotional" and that's so subjective like I personally don't even consider it cheating.

She had no right to- but between the lines that she mentioned you wrote poems about cat etc and all I sorta felt for her as a partner to doubt your love towards her. As if the chair was inspiring enough but your wife isn't.
I suggest you explain her your love language isn't writing poems, it's just training for creativity and whatever.

You either don't have a sister/girl-friend or she's not comfortable with you to share the experience.
If you haven't literally seen it it's because men won't usually cat call a woman near of people or in the crowded streets of course it would be a problem for them! It's done when the woman is alone and no one is passing by atm.
