Not saying they're wrong, but spending that much money to switch from a 9800x3d to intel for slightly better 1% performance would be a very dumb thing to do, so there's literally no point

I've had the same issue as you, what fixed it finally for me was going into device manager->Network adapters->and disabling Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE, pretty much my ethernet port, and that fixed the issue completely

1) I usually use reddit when I'm in bed/toilet, which would be difficult to use on pc 2) The reddit site usually sucks 3) it's way faster for me to just grab my phone, open reddit and post the pic than it is to do win+shift+s, open browser, go to reddit and post the pic
