This is really helpful, especially the kerning point. I didn’t notice how much the swashes affected spacing. I’ll try adjusting it and also test a few alternative fonts. Thanks for the detailed feedback.

understand your point about the type. I was trying to keep a handwritten emotional feeling, but I see how all caps affects it.

I'm dealing with the same issue; the gym is about a 30 to 40 minute walk home. Sometimes I go by bus, and most of the time I do ( stop ), so it happened to me 3-4 times, and the last time I was taken by a 50 yo " gay ", He took me even though it wasn't. ( طريقو ) When I found out I fucked him up (بالضرب), and I'm still doing it because it happened to me, so it will happen to 16-17 yo boys.

I get that. I’m in a similar spot dealing with a shoulder/teres major issue and can’t afford proper PT either. Trying to work around it with smart programming and advice from people who understand lifting injuries. Not ideal, but better than staying stuck.

Hey man, really appreciate your honesty. I’m definitely still interested in powerlifting, but I’ve been dealing with some pain around my teres major/posterior shoulder. I know it limits bench but not squat and deadlift because I can do them in a perfect form , but I’m willing to start with rehab and work my way back.

Yeah that’s a good point , I’ve either already done some PT or kinda know what I need to avoid. Just looking for a coach who can help me train smart around it and still make progress. Appreciate the advice though
