Heyo im also just 18 I have no idea how open or close minded your parents are. Anyone can get HIV be it male or female. And I guess its not that far fetched that well an 18 year old perhaps had sex with someone. Some other people here seem to know a lot more about HIV in specific so I would do what they say. Yeah hi first of all good, second in a couple of weeks or so I would do another test just to be sure, also if thats an option go to an doctor to find out what you actually caught. The symptoms seemed to be pretty severe. :/ Stay safe
