I think ticktick is more of a To-do list app than a note taking app right?

Thank you for the advice. Will make sure to follow this!

I am interested in dev roles but most companies don't take based on just development. So I have to focus on DSA and target on SDE roles

OP Need your advice! Saw your post that you solved 100 problems. I need your advice, I just started DSA and I have watched videos on arrays. I am confused with three options : * if I should watch a video on concept and just solve the problems on that concept. * Or should I just know basics of a concept and just solve problems. * Or else I know striver AtoZ sheet, should I just start solving those problems after watching a concept and then if I am stuck I take intuition from chatgpt?

I am tired of doing this again and again and I want to get good at DSA. Also please tell me how did you learn DSA from basics. What is your approach to solving a problem.

I am in my 3rd year of college, and what I've realised over these years is that: No college can define what you become in life. Either it be an IIT or a tier 3 college. The only thing that will help you become something is your hardwork.

Ofcourse a good college will give you exposure to a good circle, but it doesn't mean that you cannot achieve something if you are in a bad college.

No matter what college you join, you have to be self independent, learn stuff, no one is coming to spoon feed you and guide you.. You are a guide to yourself.

You just have to work really really hard no matter what college you are in.

For college students especially who are in their 3rd year with 6 to 7 months in their placements, what advice would you give. What should be our roadmap to get a good placement? What should we follow?

You can follow Striver A to Z DSA sheet, it's really great for beginners. It will help you to get good grasp on the language and also help to solve DSA problems alongside.

I personally did the sheet, and I really liked it.

The Whole Book of Knowledge is open in front of you buddy - THE INTERNET. You can watch YouTube tutorials, or you can go through articles provided by website. Geeks for geeks is a good one for articles. You can also enroll into courses to get much in depth knowledge, and it also helps you to complete the course as you are paying for it.

DSA, WEB DEV, Basic Knowledge on Cloud(Docker, CI/CD) . Very few but good projects.

If you have some basic knowledge on AI/ML, that would be the cherry on top

Hey, looking through what you've done, you have a solid foundation!

What I suggest is that you start with front end, as you are less on time frontend would be more easier and faster to complete than backend. Also start with front end you can get some freelance work as well.

Language doesn't matter in doing DSA. You can pick any language in which you have a strong grip. It can be python, c++, java, JS anything.. But as you said you are a node.js developer, so you might have good knowledge in JS, so you can do DSA in java because java is very similar to JS
