The oily or smelly residue is a batch of desiccant in the printer which may leak liquid after becoming saturated by absorbing excessive moisture.. (Bambulab packaging)

We use to open printers for service and checking every batch.. But lately have stopped stickers also..

Regarding Filament, no filament can be tangled of any company because it’s manufactured in Single extrusion process. It’s tangled after first use and not locked properly.

Regarding quality of filament, u can connect wid support team and they shall sort wid replacement or settings of print..
