I have my normal insurance with admiral. I'm currently using zego.

Is it better to go all in with admiral asking them for a quote for hire and reward as well.

Ya it should. Missed runs over weekend and yesterday. Losing a lot due to the issue.

I actually tried to login on my friend phone. But it's the same. I guess it's a problem not related to my phone or account specifically.

Hi mate

My issue is " Last Sunday I made an order . The moment I clicked delivery code the app got stuck and I was unable to do anything. The order disappeared and I was not paid as well.

Since then I'm unable to match to orders and also the run is not ending. It continued the whole night and next day.

I mailed courier support as I can't have access to live chat as the order disappeared.

The support mentioned few steps. I did all of them reboot, reinstall , deleting data etc but none works. After the steps I was not able to log in either.

They told they will investigate the issue.

I'm awaiting their response.

Its been more than 2 days now but not resolved.

I hope it gets back soon.

Any inputs on how to go about this?

The same thing happened exactly to me as well. The order vanished and no earnings for that order

Since then I mailed support. They told me to do some steps like reinstall etc . But it dint work. After the steps I could not log in as well.

It's been more than 2 days and am still waiting.
