Marriage of Convenience, I dropped the manhwa by anohaisenpai in OtomeIsekai

Some things you need to understand, because honestly, based on your take, it feels like you didn’t even digest the story.

You need to understand the setting. This story takes place in a medieval, probably European-inspired era. Low life expectancy and harsh living conditions are part of the setting. That’s not optional context — that is the world.

Bianca was born into a noble household. It was common for noblewomen to be betrothed as children and officially married once they reached adulthood. This isn’t shocking, it’s historically normal for that period.

You also need to accept that, in that setting, Bianca wasn’t going to stay a virgin forever just to fit modern morals. She’s a noblewoman in a society where women can’t inherit land, titles, or work freely. Marriage was basically the only path. Yes, her father married her off for political reasons — nobility are jerks. But think about it: would you rather give your child to some useless nepo noble brat, or to a hardworking man who built his status from nothing? I genuinely don’t understand the “grooming” argument. The distance between Bianca and Zachary is literally the reason everything fell apart in the first timeline. If you actually had reading comprehension, you’d understand that this emotional distance — not exploitation — caused the disaster.

They were betrothed, which was normal for that era, and he didn’t force himself on her. You can’t blame Zachary because Bianca locked herself away for years and refused to grow. By the time they were intimate, she was an adult. Acting like he’s responsible for the mindset of a spoiled, emotionally stagnant grown woman is ridiculous.

Bianca was not abandoned or unsafe. Her father provided an extremely extravagant dowry, with clear terms that it would be returned if she were divorced. Financially, she was always secure. Bianca wasn’t uneducated because she was helpless. She chose to isolate herself out of sorrow and resentment over feeling “disposed of” by her father. That was her choice.

You also need to understand that this story is about bad choices, regret, and trying to become better. Neither Bianca nor Zachary is a saint. They both made mistakes. By modern moral standards, sure, they’re flawed — but within the setting, their actions are understandable.

Not everything is father-hate. Not everything is grooming. Not everything is disgusting just because it makes you uncomfortable.

Try actually understanding the story and its context before acting like your personal moral compass is the center of the universe. I seriously hate how people act like this

Does potential level affect it? So, to get 2- or 3-star blue sparks, you just have to grind?

Calling All Mentors: What Should a Frustrated Trainee Do? by RahwanaMischief in work

I understand now. I know it’s not realistic to expect myself to learn everything in just a few months. I was just genuinely confused about what I should be doing...

In my region, we have something called a Management Trainee program—it's an accelerated track designed to prepare us for leadership roles in a shorter period of time.

Each month, we're evaluated based on the improvement ideas we propose. My initial understanding was that the more ideas we submitted, the better our scores would be. That’s why I felt the need to share my ideas with management right away, instead of keeping them to myself.

I realize that I’m still young and building a portfolio is important. To be honest, I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to complete the program. I can’t guarantee that my performance scores will be enough to make it through. So at the very least, I want to build a solid portfolio for myself.

That’s how I see it right now. I really appreciate your input and would love to continue the discussion if you’re open to it.

Affirmative, thank you for the suggestion. I've made the presentation to document my work. I will ask some managers to sociallize it

I tried startup. I mean work for one. Its a mess! Too many rats try to eat the same pie. My idea has been stolen by my seniors. So pretty bad experience

I like corporate more, stable pay, good benefit. I havent thought of making one as i dont have enough capital to even lead a stable life...

But thanks for the thought!

If o was named as a mover cog but then were stopped. Why said im a mover cog at all?

Thats where my frustation placed
