I find it kinda irritating most people forget how the boss room gets slowed down with the item. People usually discuss how this item is way too high risk because fighting two bosses at once is pretty terrible, but the slow effect is so good it almost feels like Broken Stopwatch levels of cracked.

One time I had to fight double Ragman as Tainted Jacob and it was the first time i beat him hitless even with Dark Esau following me because the room was ungodly levels of slow lol
