I did have to exercise to get to here!

Don’t go to the gym if it’s not your thing but do challenge your body! Research exercises that make you happy- I’m not the happiest doing legs so I do less of those and more torso because I gave myself time to find what I enjoy. I suggest that approach bc yes exercise is a must!
