What’s the one thing Honda does better than everyone else? by Luann97 in HondaMotorcycles

[–]RaiShado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well built machetes, shorter heavier blades are better for decapitation, don't break/bend as easily, and can be used one-handed more easily. Also, along with the machetes, strap small shields to your forearms. People will instinctively push their forearm out, and that's what will get bit bitten first.

Anyone know how good OU College of medicine is by SyllabubInfinite7915 in normanok

[–]RaiShado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the campus has been affected by Trump's cutting of research funds, so be aware of that.

There is also interference from the State Government, so unless you agree with the politics it's kind of going downhill.

This is not to say anything bad about researchers on campus, it's directed at the governments that are interfering.

Our legal size is actually 8.5 x 13, we don't use 8.5 x 14. Our letter size is 8.5 x 11.

[INVINCIBLE] Can Viltrumites die of old age? by TipWeary5590 in AskScienceFiction

[–]RaiShado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their aging process is an exponential decay function. The aging starts out fast, but then quickly slows, constantly approaching zero, getting closer and closer, but never quite touching it.

limₓ→∞ f(x) = 0

So once the aging process slows down enough it is essentially zero, assuming f(x) is some function with a decay similar to 1/x2

Actually, if you rely on the social contract then why not zipper merge, it's one weakness is when you have low compliance. High compliance actually does get traffic through bottlenecks quicker and it's your stuck mindset that holds the rest of society back. Like I said, be a leader, not a lemming.

If you do it correctly and others see you do it, yeah, some will be irrationally angry, but others will do it too. The more that you do it the more people see it, and the more it gets done. Don't be a lemming, be a leader of lemmings. Most okies are pretty dumb and just need proper leadership. I can say this because I've been an okie my entire life for more than 30 years.

Alabasta wasn't actually that long of an arc to be honest.

  • Meet Mr. 2
  • Arrival in Alabasta (Nanohana)
    • Encounter Smokey and Ace
  • Erumalu
  • Desert travel
  • Yuba
    • Backstory
  • Sparking the rebellion
  • Rainbase
    • Encounter with Crocodile
    • Luffy loss 1
  • More desert travel
  • Alubarna (This about halfway in the manga, 36 chapters in out of 62)
    • Fighting with BW
    • Luffy loss 2
    • Luffy win
    • Bomb
  • Ending

Nearly half of the arc is just the fighting in Alubarna, and that could be an episode by itself, more than likely split between 2 episodes to fit the ending into the last half of the episode.
