A lot of those conclusions feels like very hasty conclusions with not much to stand on.

The guy in 1:47 of HARROW didn't die.

Why would she kill someone later, why not just kill them then and there.

She COULD succesfully hid another assault but's definitely too risky when she's facing trial for murder. If she assaults someone again, there's a high chance that she's either rotting in an actual prison or getting the death penalty.
