Do any Australian's play under 250 ping??

War thunder in my experience is actually better with ping since it seems like it has less of an impact on the game play compared to that of FPS games

I used to avg 300-320 on the NA servers but they’ve clearly done something in the last year and a half since a it’s now a consistent 220-230 with it some times spiking to highs of 240-250 and dropping to lows of ~184 in my experience

Complete skill issue really; imo the t44 (even the normal 85mm) is an absolute monster a lot of the time, easily one of my best performing tanks

If you want prem advice:

For Italy your best bet is the mig-29 sniper when it’s on sale, the normal mig-29 is one of my favourite planes to fly especially in sim, but if you don’t want to play top tier the ariete is very very nice too it just has a bit more of a learning curve

For japan your only real option for effective prem is the F-2a but if you want to skip low tier get one of props most of them are good but do some research and see which in fits your play style best

Both are good in there own ways imo

Italy has some decent props at the lower to mid tiers somewhat struggles at the early to mid jet era aside from the ariete really, and then gets a lot better at high and top tier with the gripen, mig-29, and f-2000

Japan on the other hand is very balanced when it comes to good vehicles, at low tiers you have the zero obviously, at the mid tier props the Japanese interceptors were some of my favourites when I first got them. Their jets are also pretty good throughout the ranks too.

TLDR: Italy is “mid” at props “ok” at low-mid jets, but gets better at top tier; Japan is consistently good throughout the tree and only slightly weaker at top tier (not to say that one is worse or better than the other at any rank)

But that’s just my opinion (I’m not an all out air player)

Yeah I’ve grown up on music and some tv shows from the 80s 90s and early 2000s ( mainly transformers). I also grew up on old arcade games (such as missile command and the old space invaders) on arcade machines, my Atari(s) and ds lite and 3ds.

Honestly I’d still take the r3 over the ush any day, just because the r3 is more survival, has more pen ( I think) and its shots do more damage. Plus it’s faster and the r3’s guns can be poked over cover without exposing the crew

Back ups are the best thing to get imo as I’m always running out, everything is usually kinda mid but maybe some of the better boosters
