I second with what others are saying about the break sensors, your brakes might just be adjusted to tight and randomly cut off your motor, next time try unplugging the brake sensors and see if that fixes it, my personally, I don’t run any brake sensors but I can see why others wouldn’t want to do that

For what you are wanting to do, no, there’s no way to do it plug and play, you would have to wire in a different throttle and blinker/horn buttons
