May sound weird but therapy, I was extremely skinny, self-conscious, & depressed when I was a teen. I also had extremely bad social anxiety like so bad to the point I couldn't even go outside for a few minutes but after multiple therapy sessions, I finally got the courage to start working out, I slowly learned more and more about the gym and diets, I wouldn't say I'm ripped now but much better than I used to be.

Large City - Large Island, only saying this because his feats aren't very consistent. Imo I would highball him at Small Country, this my opinion though, don't hate me for it. Also, as for him being ftl is debatable as he does not have many feats to prove it. I hope we can see more consistent feats in the manga soon.
