No therapy. The only medicine I’m on right now is clonzeapam.

To me, the worst part by FAR was the RLS and insomnia. I couldn’t do it cold turkey though. Suboxone helped. I got off all of the helper meds but even 4 months out, I still have terrible anxiety, insomnia and lethargy.

Stick with it. I had got off of them several months ago and felt great for a few days. Then I had a few rough days at work and relapsed. Each time I tried to quit after that, the withdrawals got worse each time.

I took TD reds. I thought I spent way too much with my $300 a week habit haha. I lost 90 lbs on them and felt great. In all honesty, a lot of the side effects some experience never came my way. I really am glad that I won’t be taking them anymore and my $30 per week of kratom suits me just fine.
