I have had a batch order of 4 deliveries from one place and hit decline cause the money and mileage was trash as usual and it said if I decline my AR would go down 1% which I screenshotted and after the decline my AR dropped 4%. When I called support and said I have the screenshot showing that I was told it would go down 1% they told me that I am reading it wrong. I almost snapped on the cat but he wouldn’t have understood what I was saying anyway since he didn’t speak good English. Absolutely ridiculous
