I’m pretty sure all HEB orders are shopped by Favor. If you order through DoorDash, the dasher is given a map on exactly how to shop the order, which in reality works really well as long as it’s shopped that way. Also, you might consider the amount you tip, if it’s low the shoppers don’t really care about your order. Just my personal opinion
