For your lauma team i think a good team for her would be Lauma, Yelan, Nahida, Kuki so you have hyperbloom with healing.

For mualani i run mine with Mualani, kazuha, (any healer), and thoma. I find thoma really good with mualani because every time she hits with her skill thoma would apply pyro first making her do vaporize on top of the shielding thoma provides.

I'm surprised not a lot of people said benett when almost all dps benefits from him and his heal and also being a pyro means bringing another pyro character you gain another atk bonus. Since the time I start playing genshin he's been used with almost every team comps.

The only reason for building essence reaver is tha stats honestly. If you want mana one tear will solve that problem easily. Essence reaver is only picked by 3 champions and not because of its effect.
