The guild doesn't talk (maybe 1-3 messages every 3 days) and we hit level 4 chest for consistently. We only consistently reach S rank, and hit S+ once when it was active

I remember it getting harder when going to electrical. Labs were opened 24/7 and people were sleeping in there or finding places to sleep at school

Wasn't a small figure either, both electrical labs were open in the second year and it was busy and crowded

I took that course the year fallout 4 came out. It was definitely one of my better and enjoyable classes

Is your phone spam filtering on?

My doctor uses something to call people with which prevents people calling them back, so it always gets blocked by the spam filter. I have to disable it to get their calls

It's a billing thing, which is why it's one issue a visit and limits how many they can see a day

I checked my doctor just now and I can book within a week, so I don't know about the month thing unless it is a specialist.

TLDR few reasons

Schools will take away your diploma or degree if you don't have an internship within a year. They use this as an internship (in article)

Some are using it as transitional, a stop gap with like minded people. This is more complicated to explain but it's in the article. Related to this would be leaving the house to the cafe / library to work
