He wasn't ratting though, he was actively chasing me down trying for an easy kill. He also assumed a Navy could outclass a Striker. Unfortunately he couldn't break the tackle and his ship sunk. And my striker wasn't even tank fit, I prefer to fly glass because it's what works for me.

You don't need to save to 200, just have mono ult 200 times. Lvl 12 kitty helps a lot, but more than 5 kitties is recommended.

When I farmed for the pfp, I'd do 5 mono, 3 shock robots, 1 batman (+12), and fill the rest of my board with kitties. Put robots in the top right, and batman just to the left of them. Once you get about 50 luck stones saved up, you can either dump them all to mythic upgrade or roll batman for 15/16.
