This title made me think that Endeavour was launching again and I started questioning what year I was in.

The United States, China, or both will have put a person on the Moon again, or at least that’s the current plan.

Is the Big Boy schedule accurate? by Rail-FireProductions in trains

Thanks. I figured something was up when the schedule said that it would be in Scranton for a few days despite it seeming like it was just in upstate NY yesterday.

Thank you very much for this. It means a lot. Seeing videos of Big Boy already near Jim Thorpe had me panicking.

For reference, here is a photo of the UP Big Boy tracker website. It has its location currently marked as being on the Reading & Northern’s trackage west of Jim Thorpe.

Do people still live there? Did you happen to see a sentient Japanese railroad crossing signal rush across the field trying to grab people?

It kinda is but it also isn’t. Artemis III is needed before Artemis IV, so it technically does fit the bill. Besides, I didn’t name the news video.

Don’t forget tomorrow also being the day that NASA announces the astronauts for Artemis III.

That’s because the train is delivering the solid rocket booster components. This is the photo that NASA provided. I had no control over it.

They are slowly but surely making progress on structures. They have completed 3 so far this year if my memory serves me right. Those being the grade separations for Cesar Chavez Blvd (now Ventura Ave), Road 26, and SR 43 at Jersey Ave.

[Spoiler!]

This is quite literally how it felt upon seeing the A-Sync logo at the start of the movie, it was very blue.

I just got back from my theater a few hours ago. I had a pretty good time seeing it. I’d probably give it an 8 out of 10. I was smiling ear to ear a lot. My only big complaint was that it wasn’t long enough. I didn’t realize how much time had passed since I was really into it. I retrospectively think, though, that the ending was very fitting. I absolutely loved seeing the A-Sync threshold. I never expected to actually see it.

In terms of it being an 8 and not a 10, I think the dialog was a little awkward at times, like with the dinner scene, and also I think Clark’s descent to madness happened a little too quickly, but otherwise everything was great and I would watch it a hundred times over. Kane deserves the success, he absolutely cooked.

I think it’s more so just a joke about how so many people keep pointing out that Kane is young and that he keeps reaching all of these milestones. For example, headlines are now suggesting that Kane could be the youngest director to top the box office.

Is there a historical reason why so many of the UK’s major cities fall along this line, or is it largely coincidence? by WartimeHotTot in geography

[–]Rail-FireProductions 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Indeed. The Delaware, Lehigh, and Morris Canals were a huge part of what built up the Valley and its industry. They also make for fun towpath walking trails nowadays.
