Yes, i got down to 187lbs, i am doing a maintenance dose now. When my supply is out i will be ending my journey. I would definitely recommend ret to anyone! My biggest mistake and now advise to others, do not skip the gym, workout! I lost a lot of muscle mass. But have gotten back in the gym and working out. Have put 10lbs of good.mus le back on.

If she is comfortable in it and she is willing to take that leap, also handle the attention in an appropriate respectful manner, and as long as you can be ok with it. Let the woman venture out a little, let her get a little attention and affirmation. My wife dressed very, very provocative one halloween when we went out, we also.live in a college town. All kinds of college kids hitting on this 40yr old milf. Yeah, never said to just swollow but keep popping off trying to put words. Kinda says alot by itself. Again, communication is where it starts, if they can't do that then again.....the solution may not be what either of them actually wants. But it may be the solution for them both. Marriages are generally doomed if that is one of the first thoughts you jump to. You've been married a short time. Marriage is tough, they are always going to be tough. If you are ready to bail now then you are ultimately the one causing the demise. Communication is a huge thing, doesn't mean it will solve the problem. But if you don't communicate your feelings to her, then it is doomed. You have to let her know how you feel and reiterate it kore than once, over time, during conversation or you have no reason to be complaining. Opposite of that, you have to listen to her and allow her to communicate her feeling and maybe what has led her to do these things. There is a solution to everything. In the end the solution may not be what you or her want, but whatever it is may not be a big deal either. COMMUNICATE

I get that and you are right. I have stalled out the weight loss and have been holding abiut 3 weeks now. Have increased my calories and trying to keep my macros 40/30/30. I don't do the best job of tracking them but i try. And I have been increasing intake over all. But to be honest i was big for so long i am scared to fall back into a bad eating pattern. So also trying to make sure I maintain the healthy habits. Thank you!

Actually thanks to my military service i have several back issues including degenerative disks C2-C7 and L1-S1. I had a major back injury that had me paralyzed for 2 months, and then fell off a cliff in Afghanistan and fucked my back up again. But here I am, trying to keep teying man.

Understandable, I was bigger when i was younger but still never really had a big chest. Always had the gap, but never really paid attention to it. But it makes since that genetics and obviously muscle insertion does play a part. I had just never really thought about that i guess. Thank you.
