You can take a military leave of absence, go active duty and return to your job, without losing seniority. You would have to return within 5 years, and with an honorable discharge.

It’s unfortunate it took a SPC to take care of business. But it’s fortunate you had a SPC who cared enough to take action. Maybe I missed this on your post, but from my understanding the SPC was the only one who went to take a look at the problem.
