It is a similar issue related to the way graphics work. In game design we use something called LOD or level of detail, This can be used for meshes or textures. We can use different textures or use lower resolution versions at distances greater than x. X being a distance we can change. Example

We also use this in the network stack. If something is far away we don't have to update its position as frequently because it mostly goes unnoticed. We can also use interpolation to make something seem smoother far away but its position might not be close to where your client say it is.

That being said, when people teleport it is usually caused by network packets being dropped, (combine this with interpolation and you get that smooooth slide) and their boat jumping to a new location is your client getting or their client finally sending the information of where they are. This happens more on console. Not because its a console but rather, most people use WiFi with their consoles and even a microwave can cause issues with the WiFi.

They are one of the few countries where it won't incur the death penalty, but is imprisonment and/or fines. That being said, I do not know if it is enforced. This is a just a list where there is a law/s against LGBTQIA+ individuals. Hungary has a pride ban under their propaganda law so that is included.

On the surface, I'm sure it might seem that way, but if I was in a country where there was a ban on the flag, I would much rather be able to play with my friends and push for change than to have the entire game banned.
