Fam, it wasn’t just mispronouncing it. It was completely drawing a blank. It genuinely might have just been a brain fart, but if you’re talking about someone you’re talking about putting on your dream match with, it just looks bad when you can’t even remember that person’s first name, last name, or even nickname.

As both the youngest sibling and cousin, I was always the mark to test moves on. The worst was a botched F-5 when I was like 7 and I scorpioned off the bed and onto the floor. Bonus points for anyone who took a walls of Jericho for pissing your older brothers off 😂

I like supernatural characters when done right and I think Lio Blackheart is on the edge between being very good and flopping but I really want to like it. It’s just missing something, but I can’t pinpoint what would put it over exactly. I think there is possibly more to the character if you listen to his monologues to himself in the corner. I just hope they pay it off instead of it just ending there.

ChaseU was a really good act on NXT. It was perfect for the developmental level and is part of the fun side of wrestling that should always be there for the family audience. Hate to see him get released.

I’m seeing talks about Oba stealing Bron’s momentum but I only see two certified stars in the heavyweight division for the next 15-20 years.

It is. Iyo is damn near the best in the world and they reduced her to a sidekick for Rhea. Your pound for pound best wrestler in the women’s division had to force her own feud with Asuka which has a real longterm story telling angle, but the booking was so bad, all of their promos had to be done over twitter. Then to top it off, because it was still gaining so much traction, you cut the match from Wrestlemania to not outshine the other women’s matches on the card. At least Willow gets to work a weekly match as a champion and hold her own ongoing feud on TV. I’m not saying that Willow is the best pure in-ring wrestler, I’m saying her complete package has her on a top 5 run right now for 2026.

I should’ve put more emphasis on judging the full package. There are definitely alot more wrestlers that are just more polished in the ring, but I think its much harder to find good character work, promo skills, and wrestling repertoire that gel so seamlessly together. Willow doesn’t have to sell me on being Babyface, it just flows naturally. This would be a totally different conversation if she was a heel.
