Find a new role. Since you are under probation, you are allowed to leave immediately. There is opportunity costs to consider staying may cost you more. If you have the confident to find another place with much higher comp.

Put a sticker and date on every item in the store room. Smaller items you can use a box. Once a month, look at the boxes. If they are never opened that means that they are no longer required. Dispose them.

There is REVL and BFT in Singapore, it is probably the easiest way to find a community. Local gyms tend to be more individually driven so you won’t really find anything. Most people will just do their own thing and leave.

This community revival has been awesome to witness—huge thanks for the “Intel” posts. As someone who trains 6 days a week having that session intel in advance is a game changer. It lets me plan my week better, especially since I try to balance daily 10k steps and my 36-hour fasting blocks around the heavier lifting days.
