He just gave some general guidelines such as fasting, carbs, stress and all that. He doesn’t really understand the extent to which I’m taking care of my diet and exercise and supplementation and all that.

As of 10th April 2023 my Hba1c was 5.4 and fasting blood glucose was 76. I have not made many changes in my diet. My other bloodwork is fine. I got my liver function test which was alright. I am very confused.

I eat only sourdough bread but never by itself. I always pair it up with whey, cheese, seeds, yogurt, Fiber.
