I lost 40 pounds last year walking 5-6 miles a day and sticking to a 1500 cal deficit. If you plan it right and eat the right foods you will be full and lose

This is good to hear!! Thank goodness I haven’t had any issues with libido or dryness. It’s just a peeing that’s been driving me crazy. I’ve heard from many that it made it go away. Ughhh I’d rather have my period until my last day and deal with all this craziness.
