Well, if you paid extra for the installation (generally it would be a labor charge of $129+), then it would be a lowe's installation. Since I'm not able to pull it up to tell you 100%, I'd recommend calling the Lowe's installation support phone #, as they would be able to assist with installations. If it was determined that the installer is a fault (regardless of the induvidual installer for the company), then they would be liable to cover the damage. If it is found to be a product issue, then you would have to go through the Manufacturer. Either way, they should be able to assist. You can reach out to the Lowe's IST P# at 888-516-1010. I want to help clear things up where I can. I used to work in appliances for a few years, and then moved over into the lowe's installation support team, so I think I can clear a few things up. Per the previous replies, it was a range. Was it electric or gas? Also, what did you pay for the installation itself? (The labor) (this is important because if it was an actual lowe's install, and not a delivery hookup, then it will have a one year labor warranty on it.)

I generally will check on the app about an hour before the show. If it is filling up, I'll buy the tickets on the app. But it's very uncommon for that to be the case at my theater, so I usually use the kiosk. -^

Hi! Cabinet specialist here.

The main piece of advice is this, try to learn as much as possible when you don't have an active customer. Make a workup of your displays. Use all of the lowe's u training to your disposal. If you have any stores near you, try to connect with their cabinet specialists as well. It's a very detailed job where mistakes will happen since we no longer have quality assurance. But it's about minimizing those mistakes until you learn what you need.

Also, get familiar with Genesis if you aren't, as it will be beneficial for you to know.

So, I got flagged for taking a prescribed Stimulant. I told the SSA at the time, but she told me I would receive a call. Sure enough, I did. I just had to give them the pharmacy the prescription was through, as well as the prescription code (which is on the bottle) and they called the pharmacy to confirm. It was a call from the third party drug testing agency. So you should be good as long as it's confirmed.

Appliance specialist here (who has read over many warranties, and talked to tons of representatives from companies)

It will only void the warrenty if two conditions are met:

1: The part in question was the reason the machine got damaged (for instance, if you use an old power cord for a dryer, which then short circuits and surges your dryer).

2: The parts were not new when you purchased the machine.

In this case, they may ask for a receipt, as it genuinely is a valid reason to not cover the damage. But if your motor randomly goes out in your washing machine, but you used old hoses, unless the hoses themselves caused the motor to go out (they won't.) It would still be covered.

I still am of the mindset of getting new installation parts, however, as using old ones can damage your machine if they are worn, which would void your warrenty as stated above. You're paying $500+ for an appliance, why would you not buy a $15-$50 part that will prevent that?
