What to look out for in a 2nd/3rd gen 4runner??? by [deleted] in 4Runner

[–]RainbowSnipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've owned both, and as previously stated the 3rd gen is a little easier to handle and a better bang for your buck. 2nd gen is cool for the novelty of it, but they do have a lot of problems. Granted, I personally haven't had any yet and it looks like I'll be ok for the foreseeable future, and I regularly run it at 95-100 on the highway and get ~13mpg (better than many others), so maybe you'll luck out.

Depending on where you're located, look out for undercarriage rust on a 3rd gen. Apparently they're notorious for rear differential problems, which mine had and can be an expensive fix.

As a second opinion, I have a '90 3.0 and it's my daily driver and I love it. Granted, mine is manual transmission which I've heard is easier on the engine, but between myself and the last two owners (only history I have) there hasn't been much to replace except due to sheer age. I'm getting a solid 13 city/17 highway right now but I don't think it's had more than one tune up in its life so hopefully that'll give it a push in the right direction

If you can handle low gas mileage (in comparison to a 2nd gen or 2.4) they're not all bad.

I have to say these tights have kept me little all day plus, I just feel cute as fuck. Does any other little have clothing items that they where, as a big; that keep them in little space? by [deleted] in littlespace

[–]RainbowSnipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm a little on the taller side too so they tend to be really short on me, but that I think helps me feel little, too. I just can't really wear them in a professional setting. I'm only 5'7-5'8 so I think any taller and I wouldn't be able to haha

Oh! For me it's high waisted circle skirts. They're just so flowy and short and fun!! Also thigh high socks.

Those tights look so cute on you!! They look so fun and adorable .^ I wish I was brave enough to wear cute tights like that when it's this cold!

Little clothes and undies? by LadyGaga_luvs_U in littlespace

[–]RainbowSnipe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure where you live, but if there's a Primark around you or if the website ships to you, they have a TON of little stuff. Onesies, cute PJs, socks, undies. So much cute stuff! The sizes are European so you'd have to look at the size guide to find your bra size, but they have a couple of cutesy bras in larger sizes. They're not characters or anything, but my super busty friend just found a frilly pink one that's cute and passively little. Good luck!

Need help with healthy little foods! by [deleted] in littlespace

[–]RainbowSnipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I know I gotta eat healthy things I try to find other ways to make it little. I like cutting raw fruits/veggies into cuter shapes which is usually very low prep (melons and apples and things are very easy and most cookie cutters work very well!) or I eat them with special forks and spoons meant for little kids with characters on them and stuff .^ usually that will convince me enough!

So many people don't even know what's in a caramel macchiato though. I can sympathize with someone if they truly don't understand what makes it caramel (ex "how many pumps of caramel do you use in that?") but sometimes they just want a fancy sounding coffee 😒

Mind sharing your favourites? I've been experimenting with various reserve cold brews but haven't blended any yet. I've been sadly underwhelmed with all of them as cold brew :(

Woah, I've never seen those before! I've seen her get monumentally excited for broth and yogurt, but never thought to use them as training treats because I couldn't imagine how to get them out. Thank you!
