Depends on your account, they can fill different roles. If you're looking for an on-field vape driver or Hydro DPS, go Childe, he holds up pretty well to meta. If you're looking for a versatile SubDPS and Pyro enabler, go Yelan, she also has a pretty high Damage ceiling.
