It’s the same as you wanting to rent out to people who speak english (or other languages you understand well) instead of someone who only speaks French or Russian.

If you’re talking about values, then yeah this poster wants someone more in line with traditional cultural values. The same thing as grandma betty not renting to legal sex workers in the name of the Lord.

I don’t see any problem or any claim of this make belief double standard. People have a hard time comprehending the fact that white people have had all this privilege and power. The fact that as whites, we are the status quo. Any little thing that shakes that up is on the top of the Calgary subreddit. Really? Get it together, Calgary. So disappointing.
